After returning from executive session the court considered item 50, a property-damage/auto-liability claim brought by Brittney Williams for an incident dated on or about March 31, 2026. A commissioner moved to approve the terms of the release and indemnity agreement and to authorize payment per the agreement. “including authorization of payment per the terms of the agreement, in the total amount of $10,794.09,” the motion record shows.
