Commissioners approve ThreatLocker subscription, Tyler amendment and small Netsync increase
The court approved three technology-related actions: an amendment with Tyler Technologies raising the total to $277,838 and adding annual fees, a 12-month ThreatLocker subscription with Free Data Solutions for $120,246 (initial term 08/01/2026–07/31/2027), and a Netsync PO increase of $2,788 (total $18,583).
