Bond County Health Department Administrator Sean Eifert read the first page and a half of a letter he provided to the county board during the July 15 meeting. Dr. Matt McCullough, chair of the Health Department Board, read a separate letter from Anna Oestrich (submitted on behalf of the Health Department Finance Committee) and then read his own previously submitted letter; the minutes note both documents were attached to the record.
