The Ross Town Council on June 11 authorized staff to issue a request for proposals to ten consulting teams to prepare an amendment to the Ross Civic Center Facilities Master Plan and validate the Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC) concept. Council narrowly approved the action 4-0-1 (Council Member Salter opposed), after extended disagreement over whether to include schematic design in the RFP to produce a more precise cost estimate for a potential bond measure.
