The commission considered a final site plan to convert a single‑occupancy commercial building at 710 Washington Street into multiple tenant spaces. Neighbors told the board they have experienced paint and dust odors from an existing cabinet shop and asked for enforceable ventilation changes and monitoring. The building owner said the cabinet shop recently moved to water‑based products and an internal dust‑collection system and that the project team will upgrade ventilation as needed.
