Tony Frisch of the Traverse Lake Association asked the board for permission to install monofilament fishing-line recycling bins at public lake accesses across Lake Traverse. He noted that Berkley promotes and facilitates fishing-line recycling; the board voted unanimously to allow the containers on the Minnesota side and authorized the association to maintain them.
