The Board of Harvey County Commissioners on Feb. 11 appointed Lt. Jason Thompson to the Harvey/McPherson Counties Community Corrections Advisory Board, replacing Undersheriff Shawn Chapman. The director of the Community Corrections program submitted the recommendation; Commissioner Terry Scott moved the appointment, Becky Reimer seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The chair was authorized to sign the appointment paperwork.
