County Auditor/Treasurer Kit Johnson reported a completed survey for the county-owned nursing home lot at 605 2nd Ave S in Wheaton and recommended steps to sell a portion of the parcel. The board set the sale date for July 15, established a $3,000 minimum bid, and required that the sale be advertised for three weeks prior to the auction; Commissioner Kayla Schmidt moved to set the terms and Commissioner Mark Gail seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
