The Board approved a Local Driving While Intoxicated (LDWI) Grant Agreement (27-D-G-04) and two DWI services contracts at its May 28 meeting. Motions to approve the grant agreement and the FY27 Substance Abuse Treatment and Case Management Services Contract with Casa San Jose passed 5-0. The FY27 Evaluation Services Agreement with Concha Montano Consulting passed by a 3-2 vote; Commissioners Christine Lowery and Georgia Routzen-Sanchez voted No.
