President Malone opened the consent agenda discussion; multiple directors pulled items for separate consideration including the student fees (item 12), a CCA partnership (item 26), the Zello contract and Project Skyward MOU (item 22). After separate discussion and motions, the board approved the consent agenda minus the pulled items and then returned to consider the pulled items.
