The board approved easement dedications on a replat of Claassen Estates (PL 26-17), which divides a 10.5-acre parcel into two ~5-acre parcels and restricts residential structures on the west parcel; Planning Commission recommended approval 5-0.

Community Development Director Toby Stewart presented the Claassen Estates First Addition final plat (PL 26-17) for property at 10701 SW 21st Ter., Towanda. Owner Janice Claassen intends to split a 10.5+/- acre tract into two five-acre parcels; the plat includes a note prohibiting a residential structure on lot four, tract B, and shows easement dedications the county would accept.
