The council also authorized county‑share riverboat fund distributions to towns including Corydon ($5,540.47), Lanesville ($1,504.02) and Palmyra ($1,450.49), and additional appropriations under County Riverboat Ordinance 98‑12 to neighboring counties and municipalities, the largest being $88,238.13 to Crawford County and $22,059.53 to the City of New Albany. Those motions carried unanimously.
Separately, the council approved opioid fund appropriations: $120,000 and $39,250 from the opioid restricted fund for contractual services, and $58,100 and $25,000 from the opioid unrestricted fund for contractual services; each motion passed 7–0.
