The Planning Commission approved three applications presented by the Design Review Committee on Oct. 7, 2025: a new roof at 3286 Route 30, relocation of LP gas tanks at 41 Church St, and construction of a new deck at 3291 Route 30. The commission adopted the DRC recommendation that the relocated LP gas tanks at 41 Church St be screened with landscaping.
