Neodesha adopts changes to position classification and pay plan, restructures some fire and public‑works roles

The Neodesha City Commission on Dec. 18 adopted Resolution 25‑24, amending the Position Classification and Pay Plan to reflect recent organizational and operational changes. The resolution removes the Assistant Public Works Director classification, adds Gas Distribution Superintendent and Water Distribution Superintendent job descriptions, consolidates several fire department classifications and adds a Fire Chief and Fire Captain classification, and updates pay tables and departmental organizational charts.
