Starksboro Selectboard member Tony Porter reported a conversation with Jim Carroll about a potential land conveyance on Dan Sargent Road and said Carroll "highly recommended we work with a surveyor." Porter also noted the town may be able to rent concrete blocks instead of installing guardrails if needed.
