The Plaquemines Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 26-111 on July 23 establishing a temporary one-year moratorium on issuance of permanent or temporary recreational vehicle (RV) and RV Park permits in District 7 while the parish conducts a study to determine whether and how to regulate such permits.
