St. Johns County commissioners enacted Ordinance No. 2026-18 on June 2 to add Landscaping Service as an accessory use to Commercial Plant Nurseries within Open Rural zoning. Planning Division Manager Jacob Smith presented the amendment and noted the Planning and Zoning Agency recommended approval 6-0.
