Council approves lease amendment as Kenny Seng operations transition to Granite Construction
Council approved a fifth amendment to the long-standing JKLMN Investments lease for the gravel pit; staff said Kenny Seng Construction has been sold to Granite Construction but will continue operating the pit under the existing agreement with no changes to terms.

City Manager David Tuckett presented a resolution approving the fifth amendment to the lease between Payson City and JKLMN Investments LC concerning the city’s gravel pit. Tuckett said Kenny Seng Construction was sold and merged with Granite Construction, and that Kenny Seng will continue operating the gravel pit and assume responsibilities under the existing agreement.
