The Sperry Board of Trustees unanimously appointed Debra Burch to the town's Planning Commission during a special meeting on April 3, 2025. Vice Mayor Melody Anderson moved the appointment and Trustee Patrick McCotter seconded; the board voted yea — David Cassidy, Patrick McCotter, Robert Morton and Melody Anderson — with no nays recorded.
