Potter County will fund concrete pad for cluster mailboxes on Straw Man Trail after resident complaint
After a resident described safety and congestion problems caused by dozens of curbside mailboxes on his property line, commissioners approved a one-time county payment of $830 to pour concrete pads so the USPS can install cluster mailboxes.

A Straw Man Trail resident (S19) told the commissioners his property line has accrued dozens of curbside mailboxes, creating congestion and safety hazards; he asked the court to help obtain cluster mailboxes and a concrete pad. County staff said the U.S. Postal Service agreed to supply the cluster boxes if the pad is provided.
