County approves five-year contract with PCI for State Construction Code services

The contract includes an adopted fee schedule and takes effect Aug. 1, 2026, continuing through Dec. 31, 2031. The motion (moved by David Hatfield and seconded by Jon Smelker) passed with ayes from all members present; one member was absent.
