On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Merrill, the Board ratified MRI Construction, Inc. Change Order Estimate #500 for Price Changes of Phase 1 and Phase II Stormwater Management Projects in the amount of $150,786.09; the motion passed with all in favor.
The motion resolves an immediate procurement and construction funding item but prompted policy-level direction to develop clearer approval thresholds and contingency procedures for project managers and future change orders.
