Board approves temporary 'zombie box' for Lake E1-C aerator after split vote

District operations staff presented a proposal from Premier Lakes and a revised Bentley Electric proposal to relocate the aeration system in Lake E1-C farther from the originally proposed location. The relocation would add roughly 125 feet of electrical work and was estimated in the $10,755 range. Board members debated whether to proceed with full relocation now or take a lower-cost interim approach.
