The board approved the district's three-year e-Learning Plan (Action Memorandum FY26-#07) by unanimous vote on Sept. 10, 2025. The motion to approve was made by Member Barthel and seconded by Member O'Neill; the recorded vote showed all seven members voting in favor.
Presenters Heather Buske and Superintendent Craig Benes conducted the e-Learning public hearing earlier in the evening and noted the plan had been published in the Daily Herald and mailed to district families, staff and union representatives prior to the hearing. "The e-Learning Plan was posted in the Daily Herald ten days before the e-Learning Hearing and a letter was sent to all District 10 families, staff and union representatives," the minutes state. The board completed the hearing requirement before adopting the plan.
