Board urges stronger teacher support amid bullying concerns
Board members said teachers frequently feel unsupported dealing with repeated student discipline issues and asked the district to deepen classroom outreach; staff noted teachers cannot see Skyward discipline records for students not on their roster.

Several board members used the bullying-prevention presentation to press for more direct teacher outreach and better two-way feedback. "I still hear from teachers... they do not feel that we stand behind them," a board member said, urging district leadership to visit classrooms and ask teachers how supported they feel.
