Main Street Living LLC presented a preliminary and final site plan application for a 5.7‑acre redevelopment parcel in the Town Center South area at the Robbinsville Land Use Board meeting. Counsel described the proposal as a three‑story mixed‑use building with approximately 6,000 square feet of ground‑floor retail and 10 upper‑floor residential units, plus five buildings containing 46 stacked townhomes and supportive parking and infrastructure.
