Marshall County zoning director Tyler Kelly presented a variance request (Ordinance 2026 VAR-6037) after a board-of-adjustment recommendation. The applicant proposed parceling about 20.38 acres from a 22.28 (described also as 22.85) acre tract to provide access for a neighboring landowner; county rules require 25 acres for some permitted A-1 uses, so the owner sought a variance.
