A board member (speaker S13) moved to approve the one-year contract; trustees discussed timing and assessments before a roll-call vote. One board member said they would have preferred to see a third assessment completed before approving a year-long contract. The motion passed on roll call and the purchase will be funded from the three grants noted by Miss Joseph. No amendments were recorded.
