Executive Director Tonya Franks and Janet Serrano presented the American Indian Parent Advisory Committee's (AIPAC) annual compliance information and described the committee's role in supporting statutory requirements tied to American Indian Education Aid. Franks and Serrano said AIPAC provides a voice for American Indian students and families and focuses on culturally relevant instruction, positive student identity and support for state and federal programs.
