Board hears facility needs list and will consider creating General Capital Projects Fund

Superintendent Davison reviewed a compiled Facility Needs List of repairs and maintenance items not covered by bond funds and said the administration will ask the board in May to approve a new General Capital Projects Fund to pay for these repairs. He noted the Facilities Director and Maintenance/Grounds Supervisor helped compile the list.
No vote was taken at the work session; the board will consider the new fund request in May. The meeting materials did not include an itemized cost estimate for the non-bond repairs in the Facility Needs List; administration will provide further documentation ahead of the May meeting.
