Parks Director Toby Berry told the Fiscal Court that the Buchanan Splash Pad features have been installed, tanks are filled and chemical levels are being regulated. Berry reported two cracks in a control valve; he fabricated a temporary valve to keep the feature operational until a replacement part arrives. The Health Department has approved the temporary plan and an inspection was scheduled for Friday.
