County auditor seeks subscriptions for Copilot, audit software and required compliance services

S3 also described a larger ongoing expense for audit workflow software and listed professional fees: a $1,500 arbitrage compliance review for the 2017 certificate of obligation, actuarial services for GASB 75 OPEB valuation, and lease-valuation work for subscription-based IT agreements required under GASB guidance.
S3 framed these costs as part of producing the annual financial report and maintaining a clean audit opinion needed for grants and future bond issuance.
