During other business on July 3, Selectboard member Simon Bradford asked for a more formal process to notify him of road closures and demonstrated an E911 map that highlights affected areas.
Aileen Lem agreed to coordinate the notification process with the road crew and the fire department so the Selectboard and emergency responders can be promptly informed of closures. The board recorded this as a staff follow-up item to improve operational coordination.
Clerk John O'Brien also said he would follow up with FPR regarding the fire warden changes. The meeting adjourned at 11:22 a.m.
