The Langley City Council continued its review on May 5 of proposed revisions to Chapter 18.13, the Multifamily Form‑Based Code Overlay (MFI), which is part of the city’s Comprehensive Plan. City staff provided presentation slides, an updated MFI Public Comment Summary dated May 2, 2025, and a draft of the overlay changes dated April 2, 2025.
