Sean Thurman, representing Unbound Gravel, requested use of a pilot car program to protect riders and motorists along Burlingame Road between 18th and Road 190 during the event. Commissioners approved the request for one-lane restrictions from 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 31 to 3:00 a.m. Sunday, June 1; the minutes record the vote as Duft/Peck 2-0 with one abstention.
