The Lyon County Commission approved a replacement chemical contract for the Noxious Weed Department covering 4,100 gallons of 2,4‑D at a price not to exceed $17.00 per gallon, to be paid from the Chemical account (026-008330). Minutes note the previously approved contract (April 10) was terminated when the supplier raised the price, prompting the new agreement.
