Commissioner Doug Peck and County Counselor Molly Priest led a discussion on options for the RDA board composition, comparing seven-, nine- and eleven-member models. Commissioners agreed to remove the title "President" and replace it with "Representative" for members from ESU and FHTC, and supported changing to a nine-member board. The motion to provide support and designate voting delegates (Peck and Priest) passed 3-0 (Duft/Bartel).
