The Lyon County Commission approved and signed a contract with Reno County to house juvenile detainees in Reno County’s juvenile detention facility. Sheriff Jeff Cope presented the proposed agreement and said County legal counsel had reviewed and approved the contract; Commissioners voted 3-0 to authorize signing the agreement (Duft/Bartel).
