Lynwood trustees approve settlement resolution in Andrew Sneed case; one trustee objects
Trustees approved Resolution No. 24-27 authorizing the village president to sign a settlement and release in Andrew Sneed et al. v. Village of Lynwood et al.; the roll call was 5–1 with Trustee Clark recorded as the lone no vote.

At the Feb. 11 meeting, Trustee Lilly moved and Trustee Eaves seconded approval of Resolution No. 24-27, which authorizes the village president to execute a settlement agreement and release in Andrew Sneed et al. v. Village of Lynwood et al., Case No. 22-CV-00266 pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The minutes record a roll-call vote: Trustees Eaves, Lilly, Dunlap, Blakey and Marshall voted aye and Trustee Clark voted nay; the motion carried.
