Commission discusses setting up gift and handicap funds and donation rules

King cautioned the group against soliciting donations until spending authority and account type are confirmed: "I don't think we should solicit donations until we're completely clear about where the money is going and that kind of stuff," she said. Members agreed to consult the accountant (Jennifer) and treasurer and to revisit account setup at the next meeting.
