The board approved payment of claims after Trustee Stan Barron moved to approve and Trustee James Cook seconded. The motion passed with unanimous assent: Ayes recorded were James Cook, Stan Barron, Ralph Stafford, Alvin Yearout, and Mayor/Chair Tom Hays.
