Trainer demonstrated how clerks can add an item mid-meeting (subject to local charter rules), make it active, attach motion text, and run a vote. The trainer cautioned that some jurisdictions prohibit adding items on the floor and that archive edits (in Media Manager) can be used later to renumber or tidy minutes.
