Council clears several procurement and licensing items, including Google Workspace and ESRI renewals

Council approved a series of purchasing and sole-source items during the consent and business portions of the meeting. Highlights included a sole-source payment to Onyx for Google Workspace licensing of $55,003.69 (through Oct. 2025), ESRI GIS subscription licensing renewal for $62,375 and ESRI server licensing renewal for $7,087 (year 3 of a three-year arrangement), a van outfitting package not to exceed $7,197, repair and preventative maintenance for Pine and Birch street security gates not to exceed $10,000 (sole-source amendment), and a low-quote award to BM Services LLC for water department vehicle repair not to exceed $4,082.
