A board member moved to approve the bills as presented; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The board reviewed late invoices from DNF Excavating and a Champlain Valley equipment bill that used an incorrect address code; staff (Nicholas) will follow up with the vendor to correct billing. The Town's autopay insurance and payroll items were reviewed and will be reconciled as needed.
