Auditor Beth (referred to as auditor Smith in the record) asked the board to authorize issuance of warrants for the claims listing. She read the total into the record (transcript shows $579,540.80 and later a near-duplicate $579,520.80 when recited into the minutes) and highlighted notable entries: about $30,000 for a mower, roughly $263,000 for a Vanguard payment related to appraisals, approximately $100,000 in combined Brock and fuel invoices, and nearly $20,000 in software subscriptions.
