Council holds executive session under Idaho Code to discuss sidewalk litigation options

At the April 28 meeting the St. Maries City Council voted to convene an executive session under Idaho Code §74-206(1)(f) "to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated." The motion was moved by Councilor Steve Dorendorf and seconded by Councilor Ed Spooner; the vote was recorded as Yes: Dorendorf, Powell, Winter, Ryan, Spooner, Thomson.
