The committee accepted the preliminary plat for the Madison Avenue Subdivision (applicants Craig & Christine McNeil; surveyor Peter Nelson of Nelson Surveying Incorporated) and recommended forwarding the plat to the state for review. Committee action accepted the preliminary plat with recommendations from Zoning and the County Surveyor and noted final approval would occur at a future County Board meeting after the state review.
