The Ionia County Board of Commissioners voted Oct. 28 to adopt the county'wide 2025 Apportionment Resolution following a presentation and recommendation from county staff. Commissioner Terence Frewen moved to approve the resolution; the motion carried by roll call with Yes votes recorded for Commissioners Hodges, Wirtz, Tiejema, Hesche, Shattuck and Frewen (6–0).
