The board considered a licensing request for M Foot Massage at 407 E US‑69 Hwy. Trustees confirmed the business currently employs one certified massage therapist and that any additional therapists must provide state certification to the Village Clerk before beginning work. Trustees also found the existing sign had been installed without a permit and instructed the owner to file a proper sign permit for Board approval; business operations were allowed to continue but sign use is prohibited until a permit is approved.
