County policy on commission/board structure carried forward with no changes
Summary
Chisago County staff told the Board that the Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 26/0218‑5 (Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment & Appeals Policy) with no changes from 2025; the Planning Commission will meet the Lower St. Croix Watershed Partnership on May 21, 2026.
Land Services Coordinator Beth Gervais informed the Board that the Chisago County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 26/0218‑5, the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment & Appeals Policy, "with no changes from 2025," and provided copies for the Board's files.
Gervais also told the Board that the Planning Commission's April 16 work session had been canceled and that the Commission is scheduled to meet with the Lower St. Croix Watershed Partnership on May 21, 2026. Board members were invited to attend; no formal action was taken on the policy during this BOAA meeting.
